Pricing is based on the current metal market prices and is subject to change without prior notice. Unique Wholesale Jewelry is not responsible for printing errors or posting errors.

Orders

Orders can be placed on our online ecommerce website or by email, phone or fax. If you a new customer, please fill out a new customer form to open an account. A $450.00 minimum order, before shipping, is required for all new retail stores. There is no minimum re-order amount after you have fulfilled your first time order. But please be mindful about shipping cost on small orders placed. Unique Wholesale Jewelry only sells to retail and wholesale businesses that carry jewelry products and have a valid Federal Tax ID. If you do not meet these criteria, we are more than happy to refer you to one of our retail partners closest to you. 

Terms

Open Accounts (Net 30 Days) are available to retail and wholesale businesses currently rated #1 or #2 by “The Jewelry Board Of Trade” with a completed signed credit application on file. Net 30 days terms are also available to any account that has purchased from Unique Wholesale Jewelry regularly and is in good standing for a period of one year. Customer must also have a current fully filled out, signed and approved application on file. An application will be sent upon request. Processing a credit application will take 4 to 6 weeks from receipt. Notification of credit approval status and credit limit will be mailed out as soon as possible. A 2% interest rate per month (24% per annum) will be applied on all unpaid balances. There is a $35 service fee on all N.S.F. checks. After receiving two N.S.F. checks, your company account will be switched to “pay on ship” account until further notice. Unique Wholesale Jewelry will then except all major credit cards, wire transfers, bank certified checks, PayPal or Venmo. Customer will pay all cost, including legal fees and court cost, on uncollected account. Unique Wholesale Jewelry excepts Checks, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, PayPal and Venmo for forms of payments.

Shipping

Depending on the amount of order volume, we ship most orders within 24 hours. Upon request and assuming complete risk, Unique Wholesale Jewelry will drop ship jewelry for our retail stores. To drop ship Unique Wholesale Jewelry product our retail partner must have a active open account with Unique Wholesale Jewelry for two years. Our company ships all packages through Federal Express (FedEx), United Parcel Service (UPS) and United States Parcel Service (USPS). Shipping cost includes freight cost, insurance cost, fuel surcharge cost, packaging supply cost. An additional charge of $8.50 is accessed to all cash on delivery (C.O.D.) charges. If you do not receive your order on time, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.

Return of Merchandise

Please call or email for a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) to return goods within 10 days of your invoice date.  A 20% restocking fee will be assessed on unauthorized returns. All goods must be returned in the original package. Unique Wholesale Jewelry management has the right to reject to reject any returns not approved and not in original packaging.

Jewelry Warranty

Unique Wholesale Jewelry has a 90 day warranty guarantee policy against any manufacturing defects in our material or workmanship under normal wear. This 90 day warranty does not apply to any item that has been visibly abused or altered in any capacity. Unique Wholesale Jewelry reserves the right to repair, replace or exchange any item that is covered under our 90 day warranty guarantee policy.
